Manufacture of electrical projects

We create electrical design documentation for controls and installations. The project documentation includes the essential calculations, wiring and single-pole diagrams, layouts of electrical cabinets (2D / 3D) and the associated bill of materials. The design is carried out in accordance with IEC / ISO standards for the relevant field (IEC / ISO 81346) and we strictly adhere to any applicable legislation, relevant directives, and the specific requirements of the client.
We are also qualified to design controls and installations in explosive atmospheres (Ex). When designing, we use powerful licensed CAD software tools, wsCAD and E-PLAN, which allow us to create detailed pneumatic schemes. Our goal is to meet the customer demands even for the most difficult electrical projects.

Manufacture of electrical control cabinets

The production phase for the electrical control cabinet begins immediately after delivery of the electrical scheme to a state-of-the-art workshop. Here we use modern tools to take care of the quality of cabinets, electrical installations, and independent machines. During the production phase of the electrical cabinet and when installing components, we cooperate with the customer and adapt to his wishes and requirements. Alternatively, we can provide any number of pre-made solutions from our vast library of products that all adhere to modern guidelines and standards. For flawless functionality and aesthetics in the final phase, all products are checked and tested by the process controller.

Device wiring

We perform the wiring of devices on the clients' premise or in our assembly workshop, leaving the decision to the customer. All work is superbly executed, as we consider the wishes of customer in tandem with regulatory and safety standards. All work is completed in accordance with our customer agreements and our quality policy.

Programming

We program logical sequential as well as process controls and/or a combination of both, using hardware and software from Siemens, Beckhoff, Unitronics and National Instruments according to the requirements of the controller and the customer's needs. The program code is optimally developed in the ST or SCL programming language, which complies with the IEC 61131-3 standard. When programming, we follow the requirements of the industry and the specific requirements of the client. We have significant experience in the automotive, wood, metal and other industries. In addition to programming PLCs, we also develop intuitive HMI interfaces and SCADA control systems for machine and device management. Moreover, we develop and implement MES systems for monitoring and production management, according to the principles of Industry 4.0.

Robotics

Robotics and production are natural partners. In just a few decades, industrial robots have become commonplace in manufacturing processes across all industries. In fact, software plays a crucial role ensuring high productivity and profitability. The more the program is adapted to specific conditions, the greater the utilization of the robot’s capacity. Unfortunately, this fact is often overlooked in marketing materials. Depending on your needs, our experts can prepare a program for efficient start-up and smooth production, which will be easy to use.

Service

Regular maintenance and servicing is essential for a long service life and accurate operation of machinery and equipment. By prior agreement with the client, we perform intervention and preventive maintenance of machines, devices and automated lines. We also take care of the renovation of machines as well as the processing and reconstruction of individual components and electrical control systems.

We can build new electrical controls or renew your old ones

For the building of new machines or facilities, the machine constructor and the client discuss their desired component installations before moving onto the conceptual design phase of the project.

If the client prefers to renovate an existing or obsolete electrical control, we create the conceptual design only after a complete client consultation.
